How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Processing: Our team begins processing your request within 2–3 business days of receiving your message.

Item Condition Guidelines
To ensure a successful return or exchange, items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition — with all tags and original packaging intact.

The Pickup Process
Once we confirm your request, a delivery partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours. The delivery executive will bring return packaging — you won't need to worry about packing it yourself.

Logistics Fees
A nominal fee applies to cover reverse shipping and handling for both returns and exchanges:

Refund Details
- Inspection & Processing: Once our facility receives and inspects your item (typically within 6–7 days of pickup), we'll promptly approve your refund.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to your preferred UPI ID — reflects instantly upon approval.
- Timeline: Total turnaround is 7 days from the date of pickup.

Exchanging an Item
The process, timeline, and logistics fees for an exchange are exactly the same as a standard return.
If your preferred replacement size or style is temporarily unavailable, you're welcome to select a different colour from our collection — or opt for a refund instead.

A Few Important Notes
- Official channels only: We can only accept returns and exchanges processed through our approved WhatsApp channel. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
- Order cancellations: If you cancel a prepaid order before delivery, your refund will be processed after a small deduction for initial delivery charges.
